Andrew has been a farm business consultant since graduating from Harper Adams Agricultural College in 1998. He has worked for Throup Slater Consultants, managed a dairy herd of 700 cows and has been working with Harvey Hughes since February 2011.
He specialises in assessing the whole farm business and preparing business plans, and is an expert in technical management of dairy cows. He has a great deal of knowledge and experience dealing with strategic business planning, appraisals, rescue and restructuring packages, cross compliance and support regimes to include, single payment, environmental stewardship and RDPE grant applications.
Andrew is a Farming Connect approved consultant and a member of the British Institute of Agricultural Consultants (BIAC).
